With a property career spanning three decades, Irfan Umarji is the guiding force behind Acumen Group. Having started as a facilities management company in the mid-1990s, Acumen soon expanded into a multi-disciplinary real estate organisation.
Irfan leads the group’s operations, providing insight into every aspect of our property services, including acquisitions, development, sales, lettings and facilities management. He has overseen a vast array of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Through Irfan’s leadership, Acumen Group has added substantial value to land and derelict buildings. Irfan understands the importance of a meticulous planning and cost management process, and excels in developing his team’s talents to steer them towards success.
In 2019, Irfan was recognised by his fellow professionals with a coveted Design and Concept award at the Housing Design Awards for his leadership on 23 George Street, Croydon.
